She teaches literature at the Cégep de Baie-Comeau. Also a master’s degree candidate in literature at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), her research focuses on the question of the “in-between,” between memory and identity in the writings of Kim Thúy. She is also interested in First Nation literatures and contemporary Khmer literature.
