Aerobix
The Aerobix website is designed to teach the main movements used in group classes for disciplines such as aerobics, step and aeroboxing. It includes a database that allows the user to view more than 160 movements. Each one features a fact sheet that provides the name of the related discipline, the name of the movement in French and English, a description or demonstration of the sequence of steps, a video sequence, an intensity rating, the duration of the movement and options for modifying the intensity or complexity. Three videos demonstrate complete 30 to 40 minute choreographies as well as a 10 minute warm-up video. All of the videos are performed and commentated on by instructors.

Musical Dictation: Tonal Ear Training
The Musical Dictation: Tonal Ear Training website is designed for the college music student to practise music dictation independently in the lab or outside class hours. It consists of three categories of dictation – melodic, rhythmic and harmonic – that are divided into four levels. Each level corresponds to one semester of a pre-university college program in music. Each section is further divided into several chapters that address specific concepts, all presented in a logical progression to promote the solid and continuous development of aural dictation.

A Journey Through Western History
A Journey Through Western History is an archive that provides a wealth of information for the CEGEP History of Western Civilization course. With the help of illustrations, soundtracks, chronology maps, historical maps and quotes, the students learn about the major political and religious movements and the principal actors that shaped the Western world from the 15th to the 20th century. The archive was developed using the Chronos software program.

This educational resource was designed for students in social science programs, in particular political science.
