This pedagogical simulation aims at supporting teachers and students with the production of research work for courses such as Social Science Research Methods and Quantitative Methods in Social Science Research. It simulates the process of funds allocation for social science research in a manner similar to the yearly competitions held by funding councils.

Unlocking Research is a guide developed to help students navigate through the research process from the initial definition and development of a research topic to the final citation of sources in a bibliography. Students can explore each section individually or use the resources within them simultaneously.
