About the author
He has been teaching Physical Education at the ITA since 2014. He is mainly responsible for the 101 and 102 level courses. Renaud has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Exercise Therapy. His diverse range of experience in physical training allowed him to deepen his knowledge of supporting, supervising and attaining the training objectives of athletes from a range of disciplines. For more than 4 years, Renaud has assumed the responsibility for the various programs offered by the Centre National de Cyclisme de Bromont. Implementing different projects then allowed him to focus on the educational track. He is greatly motivated by his passion for physical training and the satisfaction that he draws from sharing his knowledge with people.
