About the author

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Music from McGill University (1990), a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Moncton (1991), a Master’s degree in Music from the University of Calgary (1996) and also has a postgraduate certificate in Post-secondary teaching from the Université de Sherbrooke (2013). Building on 25 years of experience in teaching music (from the elementary level to university), she has been working at the Cégep de Sherbrooke since the year 2000 and at the Université de Sherbrooke’s School of Music since 2008 as a clarinet teacher. For the last 8 years, she has been innovating with regards to ICT applications for the teaching of music as demonstrated by the numerous projects that she has put in place: Plattsburgh 2007-2009; Vent d’histoire (Prix Forces Avenir 2010) Miami 2011 et 2012; iSCORE Fellow 2015, MEDA Research Group).
