Description of Objective 3.3 – Highlight Production

This objective consists of improving the work completed by highlighting its content. It consists of making the presentation efficient, clear, attractive and professional and to enhance its quality so that the target audience enjoys the experience.

In order to so, students may use the models, styles and functions offered by the presentation tool selected. They must make sure to improve the readability and tracking of content, and to make their work dynamic based on the characteristics of their presentation.

3.3.1 – Apply models and styles proposed by the presentation tool

This task aims at enhancing and personalizing the presentation using the design options available in the selected tool. In particular, students can use the models and styles, apply or adapt them, or even create new ones.

3.3.2 – Improve readability and retrieval of the content

This task targets the clarity and efficiency of the presentation in order to improve understanding and to highlight elements that are considered important.

To do so, students may use the formatting and page setting options, improve its user-friendliness, and add structural and informational elements that support readability.

3.3.3 – Revitalize production using functions found within the tool

This task consists of making the work easier and more pleasant to consult. Students can make use of different visual elements to draw attention, ensure better fluidity and to emphasize essential content.

Depending on the type of presentation and selected tool, students can make the work more dynamic and animate its content by integrating browsing elements, by applying effects and by setting the parameter displays.
