About the author
He holds a Master’s degree in college teaching with a focus on professional insertion, more specifically in mentoring of teachers in the nursing program. He completed graduate studies (micro program) in the field of higher education pedagogy. He is also an essay supervisor at the Université de Sherbrooke. Nowadays he is exploring different ways of taking advantage of the clinical immersion simulation approach in order to train future nurses to be better equipped to perform in the workplace. He also received the Margot Phaneuf 2015 Award in the category for pedagogical activities on clinical immersion simulations.
