Éductive Lunch & Learn | How to Create Your Own Escape Game

In this interactive session, participants will learn how to transform their learning objectives into engaging challenges by designing their own educational escape game. The session will introduce the key principles and components of escape games and highlight how this learning activity can foster active learning, collaboration, and problem-solving in the classroom. Participants will explore strategies for creating puzzles aligned with course objectives and technological tools (including AI) to support the design process. Through concrete examples, attendees will discover how escape games can be adapted to different disciplines and teaching contexts.
Participants will leave with a simple method and ready-to-use ideas for designing their own educational escape games. During the session, they will also have the opportunity to experience a mini escape game created for an ESL course.
