SALTISE Conference 2025 | Connecting Communities Over a Decade: Reflections on past, purpose, and path ahead

This year SALTISE invite the community of educators (practitioners and researchers) to reflect on the journey of advancing pedagogy and purpose in education. Over the past decade and a half, guided by evidence-informed practices and a commitment to innovation, SALTISE has fostered the development of a vibrant and collaborative community that uses tools, resources, and learning environments to empower both teachers and learners.

The conference theme, Connecting Communities Over a Decade: Reflections on past, purpose, and path ahead, encourages us to explore how reflecting on the past can guide us in addressing today’s challenges and shaping a hopeful future for education. What can we learn from the progress made? How can these insights inspire and inform new possibilities in teaching and learning?

Join SALTISE on June 4 & 5, 2025, at Dawson College for 2 days of thoughtful dialogue, exchange, and collaboration. Through a variety of presentation formats—including individual talks, symposia, posters, and interactive sessions—it’s the occasion to reflect on where we’ve been and envision where we are headed.
